Prevention is half the battle, and an in-home check-in and inspection with the trusted team at Greenwell three times a year can save you tons of money and frustration. Our preventative maintenance agreement will provide you with a number of benefits:

• 30-Point System Check and Safety Inspection - Twice a year, you will receive our 30-Point System Check and Safety Inspection for your Heating and Air Conditioning.
• Plumbing & Water Heater Inspection - Once a year you will receive our plumbing & water heater inspection to extend the life of your plumbing systems. Save 10% on repairs up to $50.
• Priority Scheduling - As an A+ Member, you will go to the front of the line and top of our appointment book if you have an emergency. During times of high call volume, our available appointment slots are reserved for our A+ members.
• Exclusive Repair Discounts - If your home’s heating or cooling is ever in need of repair, you will receive an exclusive 20% discount on all services and repairs, plus 10% off on HVAC equipment installs.
• A Three -Year Guarantee - We stand by our work and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our services. As an A+ Member, we guarantee all our repairs for three full years. You will also receive an extended 3-year warranty on a new tankless Water Heater. A tank Water Heater receives a 6-year labor, tank, and parts warranty.
