General Manager
As General Manager, Blake Greenwell is committed to carrying on the legacy his father started when he founded the company. A Navy veteran, Blake has dedicated the past 25 years to serving customers and leading the team with integrity, hard work, and a customer-first mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, and making lasting memories with his family.
Patrick Faulkner
Operations Manager
Patrick Faulkner has been an integral part of the Greenwell team for eight years and brings more than 15 years of operations experience to his role. He is passionate about improving processes, supporting the team, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. When he's not at work, Patrick enjoys golfing and spending time with his family of three.
Tracy Hadley
Sales and Service Manager
With more than 30 years of experience in operations and sales, Tracy Hadley brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to the Greenwell team. Since joining the company two years ago, Tracy has focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting both the sales and service departments. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys camping, spending time outdoors, and making memories with a family of six.
Tim Ruble
Plumbing Service Manager
Tim Ruble has been with Greenwell for eight years and has spent his entire plumbing career helping customers with their plumbing needs. As an Air Force veteran, Tim brings discipline, dedication, and a strong work ethic to his leadership role. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family of two.
Chris Cribbs
Commercial Account Sales
Chris Cribbs has nearly two decades of experience in the plumbing industry and has been serving Greenwell's commercial customers for the past two years. A combat veteran, Chris is dedicated to building lasting relationships and providing dependable solutions for commercial clients. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family of six.
Josh Collier
HVAC Sales Manager
Josh Collier brings 25 years of HVAC industry experience to his role as HVAC Sales Manager. Since joining Greenwell two years ago, he has been committed to helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their needs and budget. When he's not working, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family of seven.
David Goodlett
Residential Sales Estimator
David Goodlett has been a valued member of the Greenwell team for 23 years and brings over 31 years of plumbing industry experience. As a Residential Sales Estimator, he takes pride in helping homeowners find the best solutions for their projects while providing honest guidance every step of the way. Outside the office, David enjoys hunting and spending quality time with his family of four.
Grace Vandygriff
Customer Service Manager
Grace Vandygriff has been leading Greenwell's customer service team for five years. Before joining the company, she spent time coaching volleyball, developing the leadership and communication skills she now brings to her role every day. Grace is passionate about creating a positive experience for every customer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews."
